Stop 'shipment delivered' and 'Shipment out for delivery' emails

Can I disable these two emails that are sent automatically? I think these emails may be very annoying for my customers.

These are automated emails from Shopify and I don't think that they can be disabled and I also don't think it's a good idea to disable them. Every time you send a message to your customers is an excuse to reach out with information on additional products, sales, special deals, or any other type of upsell offer. So use the 'shipment delivered' and 'Shipment out for delivery' emails to communicate with your customers and be creative, tell them more than just the shipping details. Also, buyers are often very happy to get notified and updated about their order, so they can see the status of their orders from when they made it to the moment it arrives. In my experience, customers appreciate these emails and I never had any complaints about them.
