What should I do if there’s a technical bug in my Shopify store?

We’re doing a sale, and according to our store’s shipping rules, the sale price shouldn’t qualify for free shipping (our free shipping is set for $60+ orders, the regular price is $65.99, and the sale price is $45.99). How can we solve it? Should we contact Shopify?

Yes, it sounds like it is a bug, and you should contact Shopify Live Chat and open a ticket. You may also need to ask them to escalate it to their next tier support, which should be able to fix the bug quickly because it’s probably affecting many other stores also.
