I have been trying to email contact support, but have not received a response. Does anyone know which method is the best for contacting them?

If you didn’t get any response after trying to email customer support then you should try to access them via Live chat support as Klaviyo offers live chat to their customers on paid plans. You can even address your problem in the Klaviyo community. You can get a positive response from team members.
