I have been tasked with segmenting email lists in Klaviyo for my boss. What are the criteria to consider when segmenting email lists in Klaviyo?

The email segmentation criteria depend entirely on you. Klaviyo gives complete freedom and a broad-spectrum usage experience for segmenting your subscriber lists. When classifying your email lists in Klaviyo, you can consider the following general criteria:
- You can choose whether a subscriber has taken some significant action or not. It includes the activities tracked by Klaviyo. For instance, people who opened the email, the ones who clicked the CTA, or subscribers who replied to your emails.
- Most segments also take location into account as a prime criterion.
- Attributes of your subscribed clientele are also a factorial criterion.
- Another basic yet important criterion in determining whether someone is a suppressed subscriber or not. You can segment your audience based on the opt-in process: double opt-in subscribers and single opt-in subscribers.
