Should I use a different app for reviews, chat, loyalty, emails, customer service, etc. or just one app that does it all?

In my Shopify store, I use Loox for reviews, Klaviyo for emails and Tidio for chat. I don't know if I should be using so many different apps and pay all of them, or maybe there's one app that can do all of it in one place. What do you guys think?

I don't think it matters how many different apps you use, as long as they do what you need them to do and don't slow down your site. I would definitely recommend having a product review app on your Shopify store though.
