Can I automate free delivery on a customer's next purchase?

Hey, I own an online plant shop. I would like to reward customers that have purchased a product from me recently by offering them free delivery on their next purchase. Is there a way to set up Shopify so I do not need to do this manually? Are there any Shopify apps that would automate this process? Thanks in advance
