Is it worth paying for the app, rather than using the free version? If so, why?

The Omnisend app is free to download on the Shopify app store. They have a free plan, $16 or $99 a month, and an 'enterprise' plan that is a custom price.
The paid plans come with more features including A/B testing, audience syncing and more. Look at their pricing options to see what will work best for you.
