Why are my automations not sending?

I activated my automations, but they aren't being activated and my customers aren't seeing them. What am I not doing?

As an iPhone user, if your automation isn't working, a few steps can resolve the issue. First, restart the iPhone, so any possible glitch will be gone, Then after reenabling the automation button, if it still doesn't work,  remove the mini-script and recreate it. Once you finish, it should work fine. And don't forget to turn off the Bluetooth to avoid any inconvenience.
