IMO you should start about 20 days before Black Friday. If you start too early, people will forget you when the day arrives. If you start too late, you won't reach the full potential on Black Friday. Besides that, before Black Friday, people are preoccupied with Halloween, so it's best to wait until it's over. Twenty days before Black Friday, you should start running ads to build your email list, and as you get closer to the day, change your ads to be more focused on sales.
