What is the best way to get people to capture emails for email marketing?

Offering discounts and free shipping hasn't been working. Honestly, people don't read the offer on the pop-up, they just close it out.

When trying to encourage more email sign-ups, you need to be sure that you are pushing what is in it for them. Offer advice, special videos and sneak peeks for new products or deals. Make sure that you give them enough opportunities to sign up and make sure that it is an easy process.
