What programs/spreadsheets/strategies do you use to do your inventory quickly and correctly?

We sell our products both wholesale and through Shopify. We stock inventory at our warehouse for both online and wholesale. Right now we manage inventory on our Quickbooks Enterprise system, and we do it biweekly. It is getting to be very time consuming, and its always off. We don't use Shopify inventory because we don't sell wholesale through Shopify.

Spreadsheets work fine if your business is a small startup. In your case, you need an efficient inventory management app for accurate tracking. I'd recommend you to use Shopify for retail sales only. For wholesale, stick with the Quickbooks inventory app. If this doesn't seem right, try using Primaseller or Ordoro to manage your inventory.
