Is there a way to access daily sales totals or total sales per payout (including shipping, discounts, etc.) on Shopify, or do I need to post sale by sale?

I'm new here and new to Shopify! I'm actually a bookkeeper and I've just started working with a company that does retail sales using Shopify. Bookkeeping is done using Quickbooks Online. Just looking to do some brain picking on best practices to post-sales and cost of goods sold into Quickbooks from Shopify. I would like to post daily sales totals or total sales per payout, but I do need to include shipping, discounts, etc. as separate expenses. Is there a way to access these totals on Shopify or do I need to post sale by sale? How does Shopify handle fluctuating costs? Some of our vendors will change their costs or have promos going on on product
