How often do you do inventory and what are some counting methods?

We sell our products both wholesale and through Shopify. We stock inventory at our warehouse for both online and wholesale. Right now we manage inventory on our Quickbooks Enterprise system, and we do it biweekly. It is getting to be very time-consuming, and it's always off. We don't use Shopify inventory because we don't sell wholesale through Shopify. How often do you do inventory?

Managing your inventory for wholesale and Shopify by using one common platform might be the primary reason for errors. You can try using Shopify only for B2C sales. Shipstation is also a good option as a warehouse tracker, which will help you get accurate calculations. With these changes, doing your inventory bi-weekly is alright.
