Which app can be used to create customer groups with tiered pricing?

I am looking for recommendations for an app that can create customer groups with tiered pricing.
I have a client that sells chef apparel. The client would like to show one set of prices to retail customers and a different set of prices to wholesalers and distributors once they have logged into their accounts.
We would like to allow all customers to create accounts which will save their information, order history, order status, etc. however, we would like to be able to approve wholesalers and distributors before showing them the wholesale prices.

There are so many apps out there that can do this.
My advice would be to set up a new, unpublished 'test' store, install these apps one at a time and test them each individually until you find an app that works for you. You can then install the best app into your main store.
I suggest using a test store first rather than testing the apps on your main store because sometimes when you remove an app, it leaves some code behind and you do not want to take the risk on your main store.
