How do you get your COGS amounts in Quickbooks for your Shopify Store?

I'm actually a bookkeeper and I've just started working with a company that does retail sales using Shopify. Bookkeeping is done using Quickbooks Online. I did find a report in the finance section and saw that I could zero in on a specific day or a couple of days. Is that the only place to get those COGS amounts or can I find them through an easier route?

With the help of Quickbooks, you can export the sales of Shopify to Quickbooks. It is easy to connect Quickbooks and Shopify to see COGS amounts. On the left panel of your Quickbooks dashboard, select the option Report and go to the Profit & Loss option and then Business Overview. Once you do it, you should see the Cost of Goods Sold option and the amounts.
