Can Swipify be an alternative to wishlist apps like Wishlist Plus, Wishify, Wishlist King, Wishlist Hero?

Yes. While we usually tend to focus on Swipify's great tinder-like shopping experience, great data for the seller, and of course the increase in sales, average time on store, number of products seen etc. Swipify also keeps a list of all the liked products, that your customer can see and change any time. Swipify even uses the wishlist to bring customers back to the store by mail (Check here for more info). 
So... yes if you have Swipify installed, you don't need any of the wishlist apps you mentioned, actually, Wishlist Plus, Wishify, Wishlist King, Wishlist Hero all have very limited functionality when compering to Swipify app.
