Shopify store does not meet Google's requirements for Google Shopping
Asked 5 years ago
I am trying to set up my Shopify store to sync with Google Merchant center. I've set up the Google Channel for my store but my product are not showing on Google Shopping. Got a message saying that my shop does not meet Google's requirements. How can I fix this?

Hi, Mark here from KeepShoppers
Here are the main requirements -
- You must have your contact information visible on your store - email address, phone number and mailing address. It is recommended to set up a proper contact page that includes all the information from above
- You must have your Refund Policy and Terms of Service visible on your store
- Your Shopify store isn't password protected and you have a valid payment provider
- You need to sell to at least one country that is supported by Google Merchant Center, using the supported language and currency

Make sure to follow all the guidelines by Google Merchant Center to sync your store with Google Shopping.
Listed down are some of the essential requirements:
- Products listed in your store should adhere to your country's law.
- Only advertise products that are available for direct purchase.
- Mention the return and refund policy precisely.
- Verify your website URL.
- Provide accurate contact information.
