How do I improve my Shopify store with user testing?

I've heard of something called "hotjar" for Shopify and would like to know more about how I can use it to understand my customers better. Is it some kind of user testing forum?

I can't plug the extensions into the browser on my phone, and after all, I only go into Shopify from my phone. Do you know how I can get around that? I'd like to try using this tool. I'm using an analytics upgrade from https://revenuegrid.com/product/sales-sequences/ that my friend suggested. It does a great job of showing my customer turnover as well as my sales stats. Perhaps this find has promoted my store among other stores with similar merchandise. I like my current success. But if you suggest any other good expansion, please tell me its principle.
