What app would you recommend for offering price matches for products?

This feature allows customers to get the lowest price. If they saw a lower price anywhere they enter a link and the competitor’s price, we review it and if it’s true we give them the same price. We want to add this feature to every product and also at the checkout process if possible. Any recommendations will be very appreciated!
