Will all my reviews be deleted if I quit using Yotpo review app?

I’ve been using Yotpo review app on Shopify for a while and my store has more than 1000 reviews. I’ve been on the free plan and now that I need to upgrade I no longer want to use them. Do you know if my reviews will be lost when I make the transition?

You own the reviews, not Yotpo. So, before leaving Yotpo, you can export all your reviews to a CSV file and then import them into the Shopify review app, and you’re covered. It’s straightforward, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Before you go ahead and disconnect, you better set up a new review app and make sure it’s working well. Only then quit.
