How do I assign a flow or email campaign to Klaviyo?

I'm struggling to do this with Klaviyo especially. Can someone explain to me how to do this?

You can create a flow in Klaviyo by clicking the 'Flows' tab in your account's main navigation sidebar and then clicking the 'Create Flow' button. You can browse the flow library for new ideas or just start from scratch.
To create a campaign, click 'Create Campaign' then choose 'Email'. You can then edit, recipients. content and finally review.
