Should I use CJDropshipping or Aliexpress for my Shopify store?

Hello everyone at KeepShoppers! I am in the process of optimizing my Shopify store! I have heard of several different plugins and apps you can use for dropshipping and I've narrowed it down to two: CJDropshipping and Aliexpress. I want a variety of products, low startup costs, quick shipping, and quality control. Given my specs, should I use CJDropshipping or Aliexpress for my Shopify store?
