Can I use DropCommerce if I don't live in the US?

How does it work? Are there any limitations? IE: can I use this app as a merchant if I don't live in the US, and what about delivering to customers who don't live in the US?

Dropcommerce deals with the US and Canada-based merchants. There are no transaction fees and limitations, charges depend on what monthly plan you choose.
Shipping products to countries outside the USA depends on the suppliers. I think Dropcommerce allows their merchants to decide what country they want to ship the product to.
