Is there a way to exclude people who are on experiment X from experiment Y in A/B Testing?

In other testing tools, when running parallel tests with the same primary goal, you can usually exclude people by cookies to have 2 different audiences and prevent a person from entering multiple tests at the same time.
In Google Optimize, it doesn't seem to be possible as I couldn't locate a cookie that would be possible to use in the targeting.

If you want to increase the probability of a participant only encountering one experiment in your A/B test, be sure to set specific demographics for each test, for example, two different geographical areas. Setting demographics will help to eliminate the chances of someone being in both experiments.
