Why is my Facebook daily ad spend higher than my daily budget limit?

I have set a daily ad spend budget limit of $50, but I have noticed that my ad spend for the last 3 days was between $52 and $60. Why is this happening?

The Facebook Ads Daily Budget Limit is not a hard limit. Facebook tries to show your ads on the days that they will perform best, and show them less on the days that they will perform poorly, so you will notice a fluctuation in your ad spend but the average at the end of the month will be equal to your Facebook Ads Daily Budget Limit.
