What is the best app for reserving products for customers to collect in-store?

I want customers to be able to reserve an item on my store and then collect the items and pay for them in-store. Is there an app that can achieve this? If so, which app does this best?

I don't think that customers can reserve items on Shopify, but the merchant can create a draft order on behalf of the customer and then reserve the items from there.
