Can I edit images on the Shopify platform?

Hey, I am looking to upload a new series of products for my online retail store. As there are a lot of new products that each have around 3 to 5 images, I would like to make this process easier by editing images on Shopify than opening each image in a separate program. Are there any apps I can connect to my Shopify store in order to make this easier? TYIA
