Free shipping is very recommended because everybody loves free. But, it depends on your products, your prices and where you need to ship. I have a friend who sells bathtubs, sink, toilets, etc., which are heavy products, and it’d be impossible to offer free shipping, especially when shipping abroad. So, try to do free shipping if you can or at least offer free shipping for or orders over $$$. You can raise prices to cover shipping.
