How to get a special shipping rate from FedEx?

Do FedEx and Shopify have any close relations that will allow me to get a special shipping rate?

Talk with a FedEx representative on the phone and negotiate a deal. You’ll have to tell them what is your expected shipping volume for the year (it depends on the number of packages, size, and weight). They’ll give you shipping rates offer based on that.

We spend more than $60k yearly on shipping, so we negotiated our own rates with FedEx and got prices down to a flat rate of $7.25.
