Shipping worldwide on Shopify

Is USPS a good solution for international shipping from my Shopify store, does USPS offer any discounts for Shopify users? What are USPS's shipping rates for Shopify users? How about DHL? How does Shopify handle international shipping through these couriers? I'm not exactly sure which shipping countries I should target through Shopify either.

USPS is certainly the best and cheapest option to go for shipping. In fact, USPS can be three times  less costly than FedEx or UPS, making it a great option if you just have a small business and looking to save money. Also, their shipping duration isn't that bad given their low fees. DHL is also good, but it is costly for worldwide shipping.

It's very important to find a reliable shipping method BEFORE you target that country with ads. USPS is very reliable and has very good pricing, but discounts would have to be negotiated with your supplier.  I find that tracking numbers from USPS appear on Shopify faster, the process sometimes isn't so seamless with DHL.
