How do I request a return through Spocket due to product damage?

My customer received a product that they ordered, but the product is damaged. They have sent me photos of the product as proof. How do I request a return or refund for the product?

Spcoket reserves the right to overturn refund policies in the event of damaged products being delivered. Contact the customer support team via email 's[email protected]' or live chat. After they contact the supplier the customer will have to send the item back. When they have a tracking number to follow, the supplier will send a replacement or refund.

Spocket has a good return and refund policy. All you need is to submit the damaged product photos within 15 days. The supplier is liable to replace/refund the product and bear the return shipping charges. Contact the customer support, then ask the customer to send the product and a product tracking number.
