What's the best way to go about paying the shipping cost for a return?

In the US, you can create and send return labels in your Shopify admin. Your account will then be charged based on the weight of the item being returned. If you are not in the US, then you can purchase labels directly from your shipping carrier, or search for a Shopify app to help with returns, for example, ‘Clicksit Return Center’.
