How does the returns process work with Shippit?

If my customer receives their package but would like to request a return, how do they go about it? How does the returns process work? Do I need to do anything from my side?

'Shippit Returns' allows you to have your own returns portal. If a customer's return meets your policy, it will be approved and a returns label will be generated that they download and print. The customer can then drop off the item or organise courier pick up that will be tracked until it gets back to you.
