What is the best way to retarget customers so that they purchase products on my Shopify store? Should I use retargeting apps?

In my opinion, you would be better off setting up your own retargeting on Instagram and Facebook. You just need to set up some Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) retargeting on Facebook and you'll be good to go.
