How can I stop bots from spreading fake news on my online store?

Hello guys, lately I've noticed that I'm getting a lot of negative reviews for my online store and I suspect its coming from fake news bots. Are there any apps on Shopify (or elsewhere) that could help prevent this? Thanks in advance.

It depends on whether the bots are spreading the fake news on your website or a website outside your control. If it's on your website, you can implement a spam filter using a Shopify app like Shop Protector. If it's on another website, you can request the website owner remove the negative reviews be removed with reasoning why.
