Is there an app that will only show an upsell if a specific product is added to the cart?

I would like to be able to only show an upsell to a customer if they have already added a specific product to their shopping cart. Is there an app that can do this?

An app called Bold that does just that. You can set it to only show the upsell if another specific product is added to cart - it's really great for optimizing targeted upsells. Not many businesses use this tactic and you could definitely get ahead of the game if you start implementing it first.
