I got scammed on Shopify. Help!

Hi guys, I just got scammed on a Shopify purchase. Bought some jewelry online and its been a month now with no delivery. I'm beginning to think it's a scam. What can I do?

- Contact Shopify Support: Get in touch with Shopify's customer support right away, sharing all pertinent information about your purchase. Their team will thoroughly investigate the matter, and they may be able to issue a refund or take necessary actions against the fraudulent entity.
- File a Dispute With Your Payment Provider: Contact your payment provider and give them a detailed account of the situation. They may be able to initiate a chargeback to retrieve your funds from the fraudulent seller.
Taking these measures increases the likelihood of resolving the issue and recovering your losses.
