How do I contact Shopify support and get hold of a real person?

I want to activate carrier-calculated shipping, but it seems that this is only available via Shopify support. How do I contact Shopify support?

You can email [email protected] but I recommend that you use the live chat, as it's a much faster process and skips the back-and-forth you sometimes deal with via email.
