I'm having some trouble getting in touch with Shopify support. Does anyone know how to use their live chat service?

To use Shopify support chat, you need to follow these simple steps:
- Go to Shopify’s Help Center and log in to your store.
- Select a support topic from the ones provided. For example, if you have a question about your billing, select Account and then Plans and Billing.
- Scroll down to the Get support section on the following page and look for the Chat with us option. If you don’t see it, try refreshing the page or selecting a different topic.
- Click on the Chat with us option and fill out the form with your question and some details about your issue.
- Wait for a few seconds until you are connected to a small in-page window where you can start chatting with a Shopify advisor in real time. They will try to resolve your problem as quickly as possible or direct you to a relevant article if your question is more general.
