Is it possible to have 2 different Shopify stores use the same PayPal account?

I currently have a Shopify store and have started on a new brand for which I am going to open a new Shopify store. Is it possible to use the same PayPal account for both stores?

Yes, it is possible. You can have two different Shopify stores sending funds to one PayPal account. I have been doing that with two of my Shopify stores for a while now.

Yea can have as many sources go to your paypal. Just think of it as another bank acct

It is possible for you to have two different Shopify stores under the same PayPal account. It is recommended, however, that you differentiate the payments from the separate stores to avoid confusion. To do this, you can edit the prefix or the suffix of each store's orders. The prefix or suffix can be letters or numbers that will appear before or after the order number. Changing them will help you to see which store the order came from on the PayPal account. 
 To change the prefix or suffix of your orders follow these steps.
1) From your Shopify admin page, find 'settings'.
2) Click 'general'.
3) Scroll to 'standards and formats'.
4) Add your prefix or suffix.
