Why does my Shopify account not recognize that I capture payments through my Stripe account?

I use my own Stripe account rather than Shopify payments, but in my Shopify dashboard it still asks me to capture payment. I capture through Stripe. Is there something wrong with my Shopify account not recognizing that I capture through my Stripe account? Can I turn off the Shopify “capture” notices since I don’t capture through Shopify?

Shopify has integration with Stripe, and it should recognize when payment processes are made. I'd recommend you to use Shopify's own payment gateway in the first place. If that isn't feasible for you, try contacting Stripe's support system. Since most of your gateway settings are within your Stripe account - Ask them to resolve the issue.
