Why does the page not reload between URL changes on Google Optimization?
Asked 4 years ago
I have a website with 4 different products that you can change in the main navigation bar (https://www.tami4.co.il/bar-store/primo), and I want to do a test where I change the various plans that we offer.
However, when you move from the different products on the navigation bar, the URL does change, but the page won't reload. I only see the changes that I've made on the page that the user lands on, and if he moves from there, everything appears as in the original version.
I tried to use the 'add page' feature and made my activation event be a data-layer event that I've implemented on all the pages, but I can't get it to work properly.
I'd love for some help :)

When there are continuous changes of the site URL with the changes in the landing page, there is a chance for the page’s SEO to be hampered. Completely changing the design of a site can affect the original rankings of the page. This is why Google Optimization does not let the whole page be reloaded with the URL changes.
