I have been designing Shopify stores for clients for a while. Is there any tool that lets you manage multiple stores?

You should sign up to the Shopify Partner Program. Then you'll be able to use the Partner Dashboard. It lets you keep track of the stores that you're developing or managing for your clients. You can also connect your existing client stores to the dashboard. You can create a Partner account and log in to your Partner Dashboard at https://www.shopify.com/partners
