What happened to my package?

My customer's package has been marked as delivered, but they haven't received it. I told them to check in with their neighbor but they haven't seen a delivery pass by either. How do I find out what happened?

You can contact the delivery company directly to try and find out what has happened to the package. They should be able to offer you a clear explanation of what has happened. If the package has gone missing, the delivery company may be able to offer you a refund depending on the courier.
