How can I set different prices and shipping fees depending on location?

Hi guys, questions about price. I am doing price analysis on the product. It comes up with different price and shipping fee depending on location. If you plan to sell worldwide, what are your price strategies? Fixed price for all locations? Since I test fixed prices, revenue or break-even points are different. Should we set up prices differently depending on location? If yes please show me how since as I know, I couldn't find any store that sets up price differently depending on location.

You can set up different shipping rates for designated shipping zones. For example, you can set up a shipping zone in Europe that will have different rates to the US shipping zone. 
Select 'shipping and delivery' in settings, then 'managed rates' and select your shipping zones by clicking 'create shipping zone'.
