Updating and changing my Shopify store's domain name, how can I do it?

Hey Gena, it is pretty easy to change- On your Shopify admin, go to Online Store->Domains->Change primary domain->Select the new domain that you want now to be your primary domain->Click save.

Don't delete you old domain, just add the new domain and point the DNS at Shopify . After done, choose the new domain as your primary domain

How to Change Name of Shopify Store on Android or iOS

  1. Sign in to the Shopify mobile app and click the Store icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Scroll down to the Sales Channel section. Now tap Online Store, then click Domains.
  3. Select the Change Primary Domain option.
  4. Choose your new domain name from the list and click Save.

How to Change Name of Shopify Store on PC or Desktop

  1. Sign in to the Shopify admin panel on your PC.
  2. Navigate to the Sales Channel section and tap Online Store.
  3. Select Domain, then click Change primary domain link.
  4. Choose your updated domain from the list and hit Save.
