Reopening Shopify store

I had a Shopify store but closed it a year ago. Can I reopen it and use the same domain name?

Re the domain name - if the domain expired, just check if it's still available and buy it. Then you can connect it to your Shopify store, doesn't matter if you use the old account or a new one.

You can reopen your store but since you closed it a year ago it would be a better idea to just open a new account and start from scratch with the most updated features. You can connect a new account to your existing domain.
If you wish to reopen the store, here is how you do it - 
Log in as the store owner.
From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions.
In the Plan details section, click Select a plan.
Select a pricing plan from the available options.
