What’s a good dropshipping profit margin for Shopify?

After all expenses, how do I calculate what a good dropshipping profit should be? Does the profit margin depend on what kind of products I'm selling? What is the average dropshipping profit margin on products through Shopify? I'm new at this and not quite sure how to price my dropshipping products.

Shopify dropshipping profit margin depends upon the products you sell. The average drop shipping profit margin is around 10%. In contrast, 5% or less dropshipping profit margin is considered low while 20% or higher dropshipping profit margin is known as high.
You should always aim for at least 10% or more in case of dropshipping profit margin in Shopify.

A dropshipping profit margin would depend on a lot of things like the type of dropshipping and the average amount of sold items. For a healthy profit margin. 15-20% can be considered solid. But anything less than 10% isn't a good dropshipping profit margin, and you might need to change your approach for it.
