Is it possible to disable transactional emails such as order confirmation and shipping emails?

I want to create a flow in Klaviyo, but don't want to send duplicates. I know about the export HTML within Klaviyo and pasting the template on Shopify's template code, but can't all be done from Klaviyo instead of having Shopify sending emails?
