Can you sell below MAP pricing?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi, what will happen if I cut below the minimum advertised price? Will it start a price war?

MAP pricing policy only regulates the price of products in advertising. It is perfectly alright for retailers to sell the product below the minimum advertised price. Such practices are permitted by the law and will lead to no legal consequences.
However, if the retailer sets the price of advertised goods lower than agreed upon, he will be subject to severe repercussions. In such scenarios, manufacturers even have the right to restrict retailers from selling their products ever again.

Good evening , in my opinion, the best option is organic promotion thanks to seo. Websites that use organic SEO in its truest sense will largely mimic organic behavior in the sense that they will grow, expand and adapt over time in response to readers' desires.
